Colleen Moore in quite the catch in 1924’s Painted People
know who that girl with long curly locks on the left is? (according to Ms Moore herself, from her book Silent Star, it’s) Clara Bow!!  this is the film that Ms Bow caused quite on uproar over, for not liking her part and wanting Moore’s!
Moore mentions in her book that she met Bow only once in a social setting, at a party given in the honor of William Randolph Hearst.  At some point in the evening, the guests started up an intellectual conversation, Bow became bored and proceeded to ‘tell the dirtiest story imaginable, with such perfect pantomime nothing was left to the imagination.’ Amazing!

Colleen Moore is just one of the Painted People, 1924
Clara Bow was supposed to play Moore’s sister in the film, but apparently there was some controversy between the two, and Bow bow-ed out
wouldn’t you have just died to see these two share the same screen!?  we’d die nine times over had Moore and Lulu ever bobbed it up in one movie!!! can you even imagine???
